Google Error - Users are unable to attach files and send email over Gmail

A growing number of users are reporting that Google's e-mail client, Gmail is not letting send mail

or attach files for the past one hour. And also, The Google drive was also unable to share files or upload and download.  That problem is not just for people in parts of the world.
